As founder of B&F, I have 12 years industry experience (Head of Production at Tribal DDB followed by 7 years as Production Director, then Operations Director at The Grand Union) B&F was born out of the frustration of managing and working with recruitment agencies over the years – I knew it could and should be done differently.

I have developed launched and relaunched the production process at both Tribal, GU and Lean Mean Fighting Machine. I have hands on print, radio and TV production experience so can also understand and implement project management from a non-digital perspective.

Most importantly, I am solution orientated, honest, clear and direct and I don’t bullshit people – be they clients or candidates as our goal is to work closely with people over their entire careers.
